Ordering & Delivery
Please find below information about how to track the status of your online orders, delivery charges and timeframes, as well as guidance for international shipping.
We offer free standard delivery within Australia on almost ALL online orders. Extra delivery charges may be incurred for restricted locations, please contact us for a quote prior to purchase if you live in a rural area. Expedited postage is also available for an additional cost.
Standard delivery within Australia may take 2-7 business day, with an additional 2 days for rural deliveries. Please also note, some of our products are delivered directly from our manufacturers and may experience longer delivery times. Please check with each specific product to find out more.
The estimated delivery time frames are:
For customers in Metropolitan VIC, NSW , approximately 3 - 5 working days;
For customers in rural VIC, NSW, SA, ACT, V approximately 4 - 8 working days;
For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.
Orders made within two days of a public holiday or during busy sale periods may take up to an additional five days to be delivered.
Pre order items - will be dispatched on or before the date suggested in the listing.
We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
We do not ship to freight forwarders, armed forces or AFPOs.
Order status & tracking
When your order has been completed, we will send you a dispatch email. This email includes the freight provider’s name and your order tracking number. Please note, it may take 24 hours before your tracking details are available from the courier’s website and you can use the number to track your delivery.
We sometimes split larger orders into separate shipments due to their weight or dimensions. If this happens, you will still only receive one email and tracking number, this includes multiple consignments.
Most orders are dispatched next working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.
Change or cancel order
If your order is confirmed and its status displays as ‘Processing’ or ‘Complete’, we are unable to make changes to it.
Once you receive your order, you may return any items through our Returns & Exchanges process.
Unfortunately at present we do not offer shipping outside of Australia, we are currently working on this and will hopefully be able to ship to anywhere in the world shortly.
Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer.
Fitness Hero has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country.
Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.
We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some products. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully.
