Our very own commercial FID Bench is made with a durable steel frame, built with a very sturdy design with boxed upholstery, and high-density foam provides an optimum amount of maintenance and comfort to let you get the most out of your workout.  

Adjustable seat – The seat and back pads of this bench can be adjusted into different positions.Our bench is made from 2mm powder-coated steel and laser cut finishing, the rear pad can be adjusted to multiple heights ranging from  -15, 0, 30, 40, 60, 75 and 80 degrees
