• The height can be easily adjusted by screw pins from 108cm - 148 cm to suit user's height and different exercise functions.
• The bar rest comes with new and improved safety hooks to lock barbells in place once user has finished their workout. This unit also comes with new and improved screw pin adjusters making the machine tight and secure for all weights, lifts and presses.
• Dip handles specially placed on the rear of the unit allows users to do tricep, shoulder and chest dips.
